Super nice location and good condition. Parking was a bit of a convoluted experience, and showing up 50 minutes too early for check in earned me a "go away" attitude. Aside from that, all was great. Probably a better place to visit on the high season though - Vrsar gets a bit empty when it's cold out.

A bit confusing that check in is at another hotel, it is a part of a massive hotel complex - however the location is perfect and the pool area is awesome
We had a big family room and it was in desperate need of renovation - it was like a time machine. the bathroom was warn down and many things very half broken

The wonderful view from the balcony of the harbor and the old town compensates for small limitations. Shower and toilet are getting old... But the apartments offer a lot of space and there is plenty of storage space for clothes and beach things. The reception at Hotel Pineta was really nice and the pool at Resort Belvedere offers a very good opportunity to relax. And the way to the beaches on the other side of the harbor is still easily walkable.
