Eritage Resort

Eritage Restaurant. .. 2027 Nov 27 we had Thanksgiving dinner at the restaurant. While the food had good flavor THE WHOLE MEAL WAS COLD-EVERY SINGLE DISH WAS COLD. The hot soup (suppose to be hot) was tepid. The entree was not even warm. The vegetable side dishes were cold. ALL dishes were not even warm from sitting under the heat lamp!!! The service was eradic and very disappointing. I had to ask TWO TIMES FOR A TEASPOON AND SUGAR!! The table seated behind us was seated after we were AND YET they received their food way before we received our food! They need to clarify the SIZE of their potions and pricing. It's a good thing that we questioned the portion size of the shortrib entree .. IT WAS A WHOLE RIB which would have easily served TWO PEOPLE. The side dishes could have served four people. Adjust PORTION SIZE pricing to be more realistic with what the portion is... and if it is inclusive of app. / sides / dessert. (e.g. compre/ european for complete!) We saw various entrees being served and thank goodness we asked and ordered accordingly OR WE each would have ordered an entree and then WOULD HAVE HAD COPIOUS AMOUNTS OF LEFT OVERS (equivalent to two total meals for two people) TO GO AS WELL AS A TOTAL BILL THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN WAY OUT OF WHACK!! All items were listed as an ala carte with the exception of the turkey dinner... We would have ordered dessert but the server never asked if we would like dessert.... "just would you like your check"!!! LAST TIME WE WILL DINE THERE. AND it is too bad as they have a lovely dining room and view? the food flavors show promise JUST GET THE PORTION SIZES and pricing MORE REALISTIC and take time to describe your menu items. Thank You! It was a surprise to find that this botique hotel was laid out in beautiful farm country, surrounded by amazing vinyards, and corn stalks. Would highly recommend!!

The breakfast was "not exactly" Our first trip to Eritage. The Stay was a 5 star stay until the breakfast. The service process was understaffed and in fact my wife never got her meal after waiting over 30 minutes. One room suggestion is to add a couple of plug in night lights to help folks find the bathroom at night. The room was very dark. Otherwise a well appointed room. We will come back but might skip the breakfast ordeal.

Very unique property. Small and isolated in a good way. Still not far at all to Walla Walla. The staff is excellent, friendly and attentive. The restaurant is excellent. We will be back.

Incredible meal at the Eritage Resort restaurant. The chef is doing some amazing and incredible things at this place. The service and cocktails were delicious too. We stumbled on to Happy Hour and ordered from the main menu as well. Loved every bite and each dish was a winner. You could tell that great care was going into the preparation of the meal and that the ingredients are top notch. I know it is out of town but the drive was scenic in the country and the sunset was heavenly. Great place!
