Although, somewhat hard to find, don't fully trust your GPS, we were impressed by everything about this hotel. I'm not a big fan of IHG due to their wokeness, and only booked here to use up points, but all that aside, the hotel was exceptional. We were greeted cheerfully by the desk clerk and were efficiently booked in. ALL the facilities appear to be brand new and extremely well-maintained. The entire facility was impeccably clean, and everything functioned easily and well. Breakfast was typical of IHG properties, but the eggs were scrambled and not in the hockey puck form. The attendant was pleasant and cheerful. My only criticism would be for the clerk to READ and apply requests. I asked for the top floor, was given a second floor room with a thumper overhead. I would, however, recommend this hotel and WILL return to it again.

Do NOT STAY HERE!!! There are bed bugs in the room, we were transferred to another room we found bed bugs AGAIN, so they transferred to us AGAIN another room, there was a cockroach, ( I have seen quite a few reviews of people finding cockroaches in their rooms too) they moved us to another room the comforter was stained it was gross it was 3 am! We took it. The toilet didn’t flush, black mold around the bath tub, someone’s food left in the freezer. The bathtub floor in both rooms felt like it was going to fall through when taking a shower. The front desk clerk Larissa Dieterich was extremely rude & condescending. Prior to Covid we traveled often - we just started traveling again. We have always trusted Hilton and have been loyal customers of Hilton. We prefer them over other hotel brands because we are satisfied with their service, cleanliness, and hotel facilities. However, this stay is a very disappointing experience to us. We wish we could left sooner but we had obligations to fulfill there. As a customer, I did not feel appreciated and respected. The staff were rude. They did not greet us when they saw us coming and going except for Rodney the night time clerk. He was the nicest man. Honestly, I will not consider staying at a Hilton again due to this stay! I have included a picture of the bed bug and the identifier although LARISSA denies there were bed bugs!

The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and friendly. The room was clean...the problem is that I was woken up to feeling something crawling on me. When I turned on the lights, ants were crawling allover the head of my bed. We could never get the t.v. to get a signal.
