Holiday Inn Washington Capitol - Natl Mall Reviews

Location was so convenient to eating places and attractions like the WA monument, congress House. Staff were friendly. Husband and I came down from Las Vegas to our daughter and her family in Chester, VA. We drove to WA DC for New Year and it was so much fun. The hotel also has children’s play corner and our grand daughter had so much fun!

everything was perfect...the parking is a little expensive..

The hotel is located in a great area and is in walking distance to the museums. The room we recieved however was a different story. The television was not working which was disappointing for my children. The airconditioner was also not blowing air because the filter was absolutely filthy. We also got charged more than what the initial price as stated was.

The location is pretty nice. A lot of the museums and tourist hitspots are just in a 10 mintue walk proximity. The room is clean and has the feature of connecting 2 rooms into one. Would just be better if larger bottles of water can be provided.

Staff were nice and helpful. Just that we requested for housekeeping but this wasn't donel.

The hotel is in the DC. It is within walking distance of attractions. The breakfast is rich and varied. The staff in the restaurant are friendly. There is a Starbucks downstairs and a McDonald's in a three-minute walk. There are many food trucks on the roadside. The public security in DC is generally good and there are not many streets. Friends, you can reach L'Enfant Metro Station within five minutes on foot. It's convenient to take the bus and subway. It's a good stay experience.

The location is very good, not far from the Air and Space Museum, Art Museum, and Capitol Hill, it is very convenient to travel.

It's near the Air and Space Museum. The building and rooms were old and simple, but they had everything you needed, including a movable desk and chair, and the water pressure in the bathroom was strong, so it was nice to use. There was a little noise from a nearby train in the early morning, but it was okay because I was going to wake up early. There is also a Starbucks and McDonald's right next door, so it was convenient to use them occasionally.

The location is very good, close to Capitol Hill and the Air and Space Museum. However the service is beyond praise. After staying for four days, I asked the front desk for slippers three times. I was told they would be given but in the end they were not given. I finally said they didn't have them in the warehouse. I think this is not what a decent hotel should do.

The location was good, close to the subway. However, it was a shame that we could hear the voices from the next room.

Hotels are available but be careful when booking! The room rate is expensive. If you need to cancel - orders over 7,000 can only be refunded within 1,000!

It was nice because it was close to the Air and Space Museum, and the surrounding area was also safe. This is a great place to stay casually. And it's great because guests can freely enter and use the parking lot until 5pm on the day of check-out!!

I don’t know why there are strange noises in the room at night. I’m still a little scared to go abroad alone.
