The hospitality that this hotel has to offer will make you a return customer. I had such a great experience during my last minute stay here. From the guests to employees, everyone is super friendly. The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are nice and dated. It’s a steal for the price offered. I’m really here to review the manager of this location Carlin Holness. She has transformed my expectations of hotel customer service in such a positive way. From the minute she assisted me, she was nothing but bright and radiant energy. Her smile and laugh is infectious and it makes you feel right at home. If I ever own a business, I would 100% make her the face of it. She goes above and beyond for her customers and Marriott should be extremely proud to have her representing their team. I am in absolute awe of how one person can dramatically influence your stay at a hotel. She made me want to never book anywhere but Marriott. If you see this Carlin Holness, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!! I hope we get the chance to meet again!!

First room we was at was dirty had trash still under the bed like they only clean what they think ppl would see and it also had hair in the tub still smh... so we got Switch to another room and it was dirty also well the chair had old Cheerios and the rug was like sticky I had to wear my flip flops smh but service was nice they was very sorry about it but yea I wish I toke photos

My stay at Quality Inn was really good. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and in the morning they have bagged breakfasts (because of the virus). But overall everything was great 👍. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Checked in with my sister. I was given a room, one set of towels, ironing board, no iron, no coffee machine, no refrig. overhead light was out, the closet didn't have a bar to hang anything on. Haydee Rodriquez came to the rescue. She arranged to have our room changed and it was soooo much better.

The hotel is quiet and clean. The big bed slept very well. The front desk clerk is warm and welcoming. The hotel shuttle driver is also great! The only regret is that the waiter in the hotel restaurant is very discriminating against the Chinese who do not understand English. On the first day, I ordered two breakfasts. The whole dish was actually fried black-boiled potatoes and bacon. I want to give my opinion, but I can’t say it. I hate that I have not learned a foreign language well. The next day, I changed my English-speaking daughter and dad to have breakfast. The same breakfast was served, but the normal food status was up. I still remember the dark two breakfasts, but my heart is still very wrong.

Very clean, check-in smooth, breakfast yummy! All around great stay!!!!

Hotel location is very close to the high speed, we are self-driving, very convenient, the bed is very comfortable and very comfortable, the room is relatively clean, the breakfast is good, the price is more affordable! Service attitude is very good!

We had a queen bed with a sofa pullout. The queen bed was uncomfortable & more like a full. The sofa bed appeared to be broken & we could not sleep on it. 2 of us got no sleep due to the sofa bed. Our phone in the room was also not working when we tried to contact the front desk. Very nice staff, but room was horrible.
