Nice place for short stays. Great breakfast! And nice pool and jacuzzi.

When me and my family arrived they couldn’t find my reservation. I booked a week in advance and had to wait 20 minutes to get my room. They had bad communication skills and didn’t state when my room would be ready. On top of that only one of the workers was actually working, assisting someone on the phone. While the other wasn’t doing anything and he could’ve been assisting me. Overall this is a bad stay; not very clean. The mini fridge was dirty, hair left in the shower, the pool was filthy with hair everywhere, it also smelled like cigarettes in the hallway. Also the side door was broken so anyone could get in. Not a very safe or family oriented place, as it stated it’d be.

Front desk staff was short toned and not friendly. The rooms are not that great, super small beds.

Hotel itself seems old and getting run down. Lobby was beautiful, room not so much. Dirty towels, stain on bedspread. Desk chair had crud on it, shower light didnt work. There were 4 of us staying in the room. We were given 3 bath towels. When I asked for more it was as though I was asking for a kidney. Breakfast was mediocre.

No signage from the street. Hard to find. Sheets and towels need to be replaced. Very grey and yellowed.

Condition is goind downhill with the bathroom needing some general repairs for example.

our bed sheets needed to be replaced. warn spots and small tears in them. pillows were lumpy piles of foam. ran out of some items at breakfast. slow to respond to fill need.

Broken shower head, moldy shower curtain. Every white towel was a different shade from who knows what. Pool and hot tub were dirty. Breakfast was unenjoyable. Centipede found in the bathroom. Just disappointed. Wouldn't ever go back.

Very clean property. Very nice staff. Reasonably priced! Will come again!
