The hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable. It is in a convenient location for the western suburbs of Milwaukee. Parking was easy. The restaurant in the hotel is very good for dinner. The gym was great.
The only thing for me to critique was that I paid extra up front for free breakfast but there was no free breakfast to be found.

Hotel is comfortable and conveniently located. The only thing that didn't work was their room cleaning service. Even though we asked repeatedly to have our room cleaned and towels changed daily, they didn't. And when they did, cleaning was very superficial.

BEWARE the parking fee will hit your account repeatedly with small charges! This caused an alert with my bank and shut down my card. Luckily I had enough cash to fill up my tank and make it home. When I informed the front desk, they couldn't care less. Stay in Brookfield, get a nice hotel with a good breakfast where you don't have to pay to park or for the wifi. Will never stay there again.

I wish the person who checked us in was friendly. It was our first time staying at this location and I expected better customer service. No water in the rooms and they didn’t inform us how to get water in our room.

The hotel was surprisingly nice! Big, well decorated rooms, nice amenities (Aveda product), large bathroom, really nice workout room with lots of machines and weights. The only advice I have is to not pick room 1107. It was right next to the elevator (which I never like due to noise), but worse was that it was under the workout room on floor 12 and I heard lots of weights dropping on the floor at 6am. Perhaps there should be a big sign on the weights to remind others that dropping weights is both in poor taste AND wakes up others.

The room was warm and clean. I enjoyed the unique elevator llamas. The view outside my hotel window was beautiful. The staff was helpful and friendly.

This is one of the best hotels in town. It doesn't matter if I'm having some alone time, or a baecation. I always keep coming back to this beautiful hotel. The customer service is outstanding, the rooms are comfortable, and you can't beat the location. It's close to a pharmacy, mall and restaurants. What's not to love about the Renaissance.
