Beautiful hotel located in the amazing grassland. Good service, very clean. Near the shops and restaurants. I enjoyed the stay in this hotel.

真的是超出預期的驚喜！入住前一天有工作人員聯繫詢問次日什麼時候到店，告知當天的天氣，因塞罕壩早晚温差大，告知我們加帶厚衣服，到達酒店門口，馬上有彬彬有禮的工作人員幫忙拿行李並且帶到前台辦理入住，速度非常迅速，辦理好入住後又給送到房間並且提前打開了電暖氣，酒店的設施完備，該有的都有，細節滿分！強烈推薦給大家，贊！

很滿意的一次旅行，高品質的服務，酒店位置特別好，在塞罕壩森林公園裡麪，而且距離七星湖、月亮湖等各個景點都比較近，車程基本都在十多分鐘左右，有很大的免費停車場，房間裏衞生也很乾凈，環境也很優雅，設施非常的齊全，説起來服務那真的是熱情周到，讓我感受到了賓至如歸的感覺。

酒店位置不錯，景色很好，服務熱情周到，尤其是詩一的服務，感覺很温暖！飯菜味道也很可口，客房衞生乾淨，價位也比較親民，停車場很大，停車方便，下次帶朋友過來。

整個賓館幾乎等於沒空調也沒供暖，暖氣片半夜就跳閘了。房間訂的B區，也沒電梯，服務員把行李抗了上去，但是退房的時候自己拎下來的。房間不但破舊而且廁所和洗浴都是在一起的，水温也不太熱，澡也沒洗就直接睡了。地毯也非常臟，牆紙是破的。我衹想知道這樣的設施和招待所差不多怎麼評上四星級的，還是上了攜程上榜酒店。

酒店分A座和B座。
推薦住B座，暖氣片很大屋內温度相對高點。
很乾凈，朝陽面推薦住。
