酒店位於塔山附近，沿着高低錯落的馬路，穿行拾級而建的樓宇，步行就可抵達海邊！觀濤拍岸，幸福門邊喂海鷗很棒！酒店客源穩定，有底子，但還要居安思變，對顧客耐心細緻一些就更好了！比如提示電梯入口、房間內自動沖水馬桶的外文按鍵如何使用等等，成敗源於細節呀

房間比較陳舊，説是山景房，結果什麼都看不到都被樓擋着。完全是騙人！！！！一進賓館門左手邊就有一趟路，進去是個死衚衕。沒指示標禁止通行，倒出來很麻煩，沒有保安，沒人給指揮。早上不到八點半，早點幾乎沒有了。什麼也沒吃上。冰櫃裏的冰激凌也不讓孩子吃。温泉票是送，但是小孩子進去還要購票，剛超過120的孩子就收成人票。裏面的水很臟不更換，沒有一次性搓澡巾，需要花錢購買。賓館價位高，體驗非常差。

很開心入住此次酒店，房間非常好乾凈整潔，服務熱情周到，早餐豐富多樣，還贈送了温泉，玩一天回來泡泡澡特別舒服，非常好。

酒店服務很熱情，老牌掛牌四星，雖有點陳舊感但可以看出管理維護相當到位不比五星差，特別酒店的深水黃泥湯鹹温泉太難得遇上了每天都去泡，很好的入住體驗，感覺唯一不足是晚上自助火鍋海鮮應該要足夠新鮮，價格可以上調一點，期待下次入住能有滿意的晚餐

酒店位置半山腰，出行不太方便。酒店硬件差，老舊，感覺停留在90年代賓館狀態。中午入住，據説有酒席中餐廳無法接待客人。酒店配套對不起900多的房費。

塔山賓館可以説是威海住得最滿意的了。服務特別好，每天送水果，早晨自助也很棒。想必中午晚餐也好，好多人專門來這裏吃中午飯和晚飯，並不入住。房客可以免費一樓洗浴池泡澡。 主要是那種老派酒店的感覺很舒服，所有服務人員也都很熱情和藹。酒店在普通居民裏，出門便很有煙火氣。塔山接駁裏口山，爬的津津有味

各個方面都很不錯，服務人員服務積極，防疫期間做的很到位，服務及時，態度好。附近環境好，吃的也多。早餐唯一不足就是熱菜太少，青菜少。不到九點就開始收拾。
