Location is good, but cleanness need to improve

I booked it based on the high reviews online, but the final check-in experience was very bad. The facilities are old, the room is dark, the breakfast is NT$30 which is a bit expensive, the hygiene is average, the toothbrush is moldy and expired, I am afraid of water, and other things are not hygienic or safe
