賓館前台小姑娘講話態度極差，蠻橫不講理，定了酒店確説查不到訂單把人趕出來，把訂單給她看她也不承認！那個大爺態度就很好，很和藹。賓館環境不錯，最後還是老闆給解決的問題，想受氣的就去住吧，建議想入住的18.00之後再去，因為18.00以後前台換成了大爺，大爺很和藹！

為什麼套盒不能發現已經少了東西 而賴下一個顧客身上？白白讓我們多付20塊錢 你們賓館差這一盒的錢是嗎 這究竟是賓館的不負責還是故意的？
