Our stay was fine. It was a well maintained hotel with clean, spacious rooms and a nice breakfast. It is in a good location. My wife had read a number of negative reviews prior to our stay, none of which turned out to be true, thankfully.

The woman who checked us in was very friendly and nice and was very outgoing. She made us feel very welcomed. Beds were comfortable. Pillows comfortable also. Room was clean.

My children and I were looking forward to checking into the hotel and change into our bathing suits to go swimming. Needless to say, we were VERY disappointed when we went down to the pool door and it would not open. We inquired at the front desk and were quickly told "It's been closed since August" with no additional explanation or care. I chose this hotel because it had a pool and I knew my kids would enjoy swimming. What a disappointment.

The pool and hot tub where out of order. This was the main reason we booked this hotel.
They told us the pool and hot tub were down until June. Why are they still advertising it as working?
Very disappointed, was expecting to soak after a long day of skiing.

Staff was very nice. Free cookies at reception, good free breakfast. Clean room and very comfortable bed. Nicer than some much more expensive places we have stayed in.

The hotel was fine disappointed that the pool and the hot tub was not available to use. Plus they never came to clean our room or bring us clean towels. We had to call for towels that evening.

We went to this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and hot tub. When we arrived we were informed that both have been closed since August 2023 with no plans to reopen. The staff member said "well, it's all over our website that they are closed." The information is not readily available. We definitely would have booked a different hotel had we known this.
