Clean and nice hotel. Beds seemed smaller than advertised. Breakfast was ok. Overall a good experience.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Prompt to respond to any questions. Nice small touches. Otherwise, a basic hotel. Nice breakfast spread.

Parking lot was never cleared of snow and ice. On arrival 1/16 entrance was icy. No housekeeping services. Trash was not emptied and no other service given. Breakfast was okay.

only stayed one night while visiting Hershey Park. room was clean, staff friendly, breakfast was okay. Woulslikely stay here again.

Very nice rooms. Double Queen is a little tight around the beds but the entire room is very spacious. The hotel is quiet this time of year. Staff was friendly and very helpful. DEFINITELY worth staying here! It is also close to the furniture shopping I needed to do.

The Sleep Inn was just what me and my family needed on our way to Hersheypark. Not only is it about 20 minutes away, but there is also a Sheetz nearby a couple minutes up the road for some food for a late night snack after the park. The property was clean, up-to-date, and comfortable. My one nuisance is that the pillows are square and not rectangular to allow for better comfort. But nothing that would deter us from staying here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Easy and quick check in. Front desk was friendly and helpful

Service was fine and the man at the front desk was friendly. But we had to ask to switch out comforters because of what looked like blood stains, carpet was DIRTY, water stains all over walls and ceiling, broken lamp shades, etc.

The bathroom had black mold in in. There was bugs crawling on the wall. The tv and phone did not work.

Super fast and friendly check-in. Although the hotel interior is a bit faded and older, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Our fridge space was broken so opening and closing the fridge was not easy but overall for the location and price that wasn’t a deal breaker. The shower was clean and had good pressure. Breakfast was on par with similar hotels. We would stay again.

We arrived and the room had ants in the shower. We had not planned on using the shower so we said screw it and got ready for bed. We had an early day the next day. While laying in bed both our children’s my wife and I felt something in the bed and found multiple little ants in the bed as well. We requested to love to another room and the very helpful young man at the desk took care of it quickly without hesitation. We had to pick up and mi e room which caused us to get to sleep later than we wanted to but overall the other room was comfortable and did not include ants.

Hotel doesn't have restaurant to eat. Breakfast was okay. Staff are nice. I did have many issues with my room keys. My door handle is very interested how to open the door. Need to get fix.

Hotel is a great low-cost option. It was very clean and safe, great location. It wasn't dated, but could use some maintenance. It was a great place to rest & shower, front desk very nice and helpful.
