great service with great location. It's very safe place and convenient to every check points in LA

Overall a satisfactory experience of a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is good but could add more variety food. But not happy about the high parking fees and amenity fees which is kind of way to add additional charges to the room rate.

This is really an exceptional hotel. All of the staff seems very focused on making guests feel welcome and valued. This starts from the people who greeted us at the car and continued with every interaction that we had. The rooms are REALLY nice - with great balconies and the breakfast buffet includes nice items (the smoked salmon was a personal favorite). My family has been lucky to stay at many highly rated hotels, but the London is probably our new top hotel for service in the US. We all agreed the staff is better trained than the Four Seasons we stayed at last year in Hawaii... and the staff is ALWAYS looking for ways to care for guests. I expected to like the hotel since friends have said nice things about it, but it really exceeded our expectations and we will be returning on our next visit to LA.

The room is large and the bathroom is equally large. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the internet speed is good, and the bathroom is very clean. Surrounded by mansions, the breakfast included in the room rate on the first floor does not have a wide variety of food to choose from, but it is enough. If you want to eat other food, there is also an additional fee.

The scenery is very nice. It's very close to Beverly's shopping street. You can buy everything you want from various brands.

The location of the hotel is good, but the surrounding environment of the hotel is average. The suite we booked is actually a large room with double beds, which can accommodate 4 people. We added an extra bed for free, which is very suitable for a family.

the london has the best service I have ever experienced in the United States! Although the hotel is not that new, the whole stay experience is super good, everyone is attentive and the emotional value is in place. The room is super big, the toilet is super big, the bath water is super big and very comfortable. If I go to the london, I will stay there again indefinitely.

With Beverly Hills in the background, the scenery is unique and it is very pleasant to go for a walk.

The room is very spacious, and the suitcases for two people can be spread out. The balcony with a view is very beautiful, and there is fresh air. The bathroom is the most commendable, the facilities are complete and spacious, and the hot water in the rain is great. It relieves the fatigue of the day. . The breakfast buffet is a bit simple. The most important thing is that there is no hot food. It is a bit hard to accept the coldness😀
