Love this hotel very much, the location are good, and i'm so happy to stay in this hotel

great ambience, amazing place, wonderful waiter named mas doni. what an experience and given the chance to eat at the chinese national restaurant, i’m truly happy. surely will be a night to remember, the food are delicious, presentable and they were fast, the person who assisted us is just so generous and he gave us free samples for the complimentary after our dish. overall, recommended, definitely going back!

I stayed at this hotel several time I came to Jakarta, why? this hotel in the strategic area, near to Trans Jakarta Station, near to 4 big malls and near to airport, the staff is nice. but... my last experience is different. where is your nice hospitality? I called to remind them that I want the high floor and have window room (as I usually do when I checked in to this hotel) and the staff is not that nice. I said to block the room since we about to come to the hotel. he said 'we cannot, because we still waiting if the existing guest want to extend or not' what an excuses. when I arrived to the hotel (in the evening), the staff is not even smile (check the cctv if you have it ^^) when I entered the room, the smell is really bad. I called the FO and she said 'you asking the Smoking Room' and I asked for the room deodorize and she just said 'oke' and hung up the phone. I'm smoker and I know how the smoking room smell is. this room smelt like rotten meat or grease trap and as I said earlier, I often use this hotel . please fix your service. the bed is quite dirty (bed sheet have some stain) but since i stayed only 1 night, i don't mind with that. surprisingly, the breakfast is improved!! love the breakfast :)

Great location in the old town. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning reasonable and the shower had plenty of hot water with good pressure. I didn’t realise at booking that the window in my room overlooked the busy Main Street, so traffic noise kept me awake for most of the night. The breakfast situation needs to be clarified. On their website there was mention of a new menu and several photographs. When I booked my room through their own website, it was unclear as to whether or not it covered breakfast. On my first morning, there was food cooking on the stove, but no mention of breakfast so eventually, I asked at reception. I was told that I needed to order breakfast the night before. It would have been great to have been told this when I checked in! The food cooking on the stove appeared to be for the staff. Not really a hostel atmosphere.

I was a little worried after reading the negative reviews. After I went there, the environment was OK. The lobby was under renovation and there were some mildew stains in the corners of the room, but this problem also exists in China. There are some complaints. The area is not large, and the price is not low in China. There are small flies on the breakfast vegetables... But it's outside, so you can make do with some things. Overall, I will consider it next time I come.

Quite simple but quite complete. Stay alone.. can sleep comfortably.. Price is very friendly and very well served by mas aji.. waiting for late check in at 00.40 wib past midnight and hujan2. . Very top of the service. Thank you and success always

External part of the hotel and lobby looks decent. However, it was shocking to see the condition of the insides. Trash left uncollected at the lift lobby, dirty patches on the carpets and blocked plumbing in shower stall. Worse was when I realised my hotel room door could just be pushed open when it's ”locked”.

A pretty good hotel in the middle of Jakarta. We stayed for 5 days and got a room on the 6th floor and could see the view of Jakarta quite well. The room is clean, comfortable and there is a good working AC and TV, and there is also a very helpful Wifi available1 The bathroom is clean and quite large. Perhaps need to add amenity (bathing accessories etc.). Staff are friendly and serve well. The strategy is good, maybe needs a menu variation. Competition price for good facilities and aver all1 hotel recommended for you who want to go on vacation or business in Jakarta2

I've spent 10 days quarantine from end of Dec. '21 to early Jan. '22 in this hotel. Staff's hospitality is excellent, from the day you booked, to the arrival & picking up process in the airport, to the staying period as well as the release, they are always there to help. Bravo to Mr. Ricky that able to finally provide me the room with best view to the city. Also great job for Mr. Iqbal who picking me up at the airport, despite that my local phone number was not working (unexpectedly) during my arrival. The food are great with various menus daily. Room will be cleaned if you need it. You just need to call. If only they can manage the laundry system better, than everything would be perfect. Since the laundry done outside the hotel & by weighing system, they just pack the clothes in a plastic no matter the type. My shirt is tangled once returned and even when I requested to re-ironing again (which they did), it still returned in untidy condition since it packed with other clothes inside a tight plastic. Other thing is the toilet's exhaust is not working. However, for a 2 stars hotel, you received more than you can asked & paid for. Highly recommended, not only for a quarantine.

It's a nice place to stay, comfy, cozy there's a cafe downstairs, there's no welcoming drink such as water. Luckily there's an Indomaret right next to it & the wifi isn't working but overall it's good.
