Breakfast was better than I expected and lady was very cheerful and kept space spotless. I was greeted by cheerful evening personnel and assisted with day shift as well. Will definitely stay again.

Really not good. The room smelled horrible. The carpet was super dirty around the night stand area. Everything was just very dirty. The pillows were totally flat. The only hot item for breakfast was the single waffle maker that you had to wait in a long line for. By the time I got to the front of the line, 30 mins before breakfast was over, the waffle mix was empty and the staff was not refilling. The breakfast staff was incredibly rude to the guests- running it like a children’s cafeteria. I would not choose to stay here again. There’s plenty nicer hotels 5 mins away for the same price.

No one was at the desk at 10:30pm. I stood outside and rang the bell repeatedly until someone finally came and opened the door. The guy never made eye contact, no smile, no notification of $100 deposit, nada. Morning desk guy was very nice. Breakfast tender was also very nice and efficient. Shuttle from airport quit at 5:30pm but ad/ listing said shuttle available which is why I chose this hotel. Taxi cost $25. Bottom sheet had a wet spot (picture below). Door didn't function properly so very difficult to get in and out of room 401. Floors were dirty.

Bed had lots of specks of dark linen in it - like someone had already slept in it, or that it was poorly washed. Service team member was overworked, understaffed, and not supported by team - their stress was palpable with the amount of checkins to get through. For being allowing pets the sound walls weren’t insulated enough to keep you from hearing EVERY bark.
