The staff was professional, the room was clean, the fee was more reasonible than other PBI airport choices. Disapointing that the shuttle service was so limited. Not before 10:30am or after 5:30pm, had to have a special request to get there or back.

The room smelled of old smoke and the floor was extremely sticky.. Also puttin $100 hold on peoples card is not something that everyone is aware of and comes as a shock at the counter.

The room and bathroom very clean. The shower was very good and the towels were great. When we pulled in a man had a case of beer and drinking. I was nervous he was going to damage my car. The lobby needs something to living it up and not look shabby. No one at the breakfast room to keep it clean.

They need to a whole renovation to the entire place.

The property is dated. Some of the furniture in the room was worn. The TV controller was broken. It was advertised as having airport shuttle service. It had VERY limited shuttle hours (10:30 to 5:30) and had to pay for taxis to and from the airport.
