Very nice property just on the edge of Hill City. Very clean and comfortable. Also enjoyed the room that had 3 queen beds. Staff was very accommodating. I recommend staying here.

We had a nice stay. Quiet hotel, with friendly staff and very responsive service- when we needed more towels someone brought more right away. The room smelled a bit funny but was clean, and the beds are very comfortable! Breakfast was so-so- the reconstituted eggs are not the best- but there was decent variety.

This is our second stay, because we were satisfied the first time. We were equally satisfied. We would stay again.

The breakfast was pretty good. Everything was very clean. I would recommend it - for the price it was better than the other two nearby.

Check in was seamless. Had a room on the basement level which was perfect for us. Rooms were very clean. Bathroom commode could be updated to a taller model but other than that it was perfect for us. Breakfast could have had a few more selections but it was sufficient.

We extended our stay a day more because there is so much to do in SD! Our room was so clean each day we came back! The breakfast could have been better, it seemed good choices were cheap. Overall stay was very nice.

Nice quite motel. Communication at checkin was a little challenging, took an extra trip to the desk to be able to locate our room

The property was clean, well kept and quiet. The breakfast selection was good. Staff very friendly. Close to downtown hill city.

there was an unpleasant smell in the room and loud banging coming through the walls. We never did figure out what that was possibly from the pipes but we just didn't know

Great location, nice spacious room, great mattresses and bed sheets. What we did not like was the location of the room close to sources of noise - A/C plant of the swimming pool. Quite disturbing, especially during night.

Great hotel close to the trailhead for the George S. Mickelson Trail, and Hill City is lovely and close to all the attractions.

Maintenance request for hair dryer not working was not fulfilled. Had to go to front desk to get one. No one answered the front desk when I was trying to make a wake-up call. Trash cans the first day weren't emptied.

This is a very clean, very nice hotel. It is convenient to restaurants and the sites around the area. I highly recommend it.

There was no bath mat in the shower.The bottom of the tub was very slippery. I slipped, fell backward and landed on the edge of the toilet. Resulted in a fractued rib. Very painful. I discussed with the front desk staff who told me that "Had I asked they would have provided me with a shower mat." Seriously? I asked to speak to to the manager and was told that he is on vacation. I then asked to speak to whomever was in charge and was told that noone was in charge. I was told I could email the manager and was given his email address. I emailed him twice. No response. The hotel's lack of responsiveness just makes things worse. Terrible management.
