The hotel is right in the center and it's a 10-20 minute walk to the beach or the pier etc.
Breakfast was great, evening meal was OK, pool and sauna aren't as big as in the picture posted 😊. There's a sports room and wellness and you can have a massage appoin**ent separately. The price for the 👦🏻 not being booked together wasn't nice, you have to call the location and ask to pay extra 🥹that's why you have to look back at the price properly before booking and be able to cancel.

Great hotel in a great location. Interesting amenities in the form of a spa area. A plus is the swimming pool area.
The biggest advantage, however, is the breakfast - very tasty, fresh, huge selection.
I will certainly use the hotel's services during my next visit to Kołobrzeg.

Really great stay for 3 days. Relax with sauna, whirlpool, swimming pool. Rooms are large , tidy and comfortable. We had half pension, food was great, fresh, variety and always enough for everyone. The service was remarkable from the lobby to cleaning ladies. Always ready to help, to advise. Can only recommend and testify that this score is earned. Thank you again all the stuff for a nice stay and hope to come back one day.

The beds were moving apart, our baby almost fell through in between!
One lamp plug and the TV were not connected to power socket.
The extension needs replacing.
The swimming pool and sauna was very nice!
Against previous email from the hotel the restaurant Sublima was actually open... Unfortunately we had already booked a table in a different restaurant.
The breakfast buffet was exceptionally good!

Very friendly staff, excellent location right in the heart of the city within walking distance to all attractions. Excellent food. Great spa facility. A big enough swimming pool and a nice and cozy sauna. VERY CLEAN facilities! All the staff went out of their way to show their sympathy and offer their help and assistance right after they found out that we both had a horrific accident while crossing the street. We are both very grateful as well as thankful. There were two things that made me give this establishment a four star note instead of five: for one the mattresses were so old, used and outdated that made my sleep very uncomfortable, I ended up sleeping on the floor. The second issue is about the shower head. There was enough water pressure but yet it did not function as it badly needed descaling. Summery; this establishment deserves a 5 star review only if these two major points are addressed.
