Fabulous as always! We always enjoy our stay. Zoey Duplichain is a fantastic concierge and very attentive to the details. Our special order chocolate cake was fantastic. The water was perfect and the food is delicious. We absolutely loved it and we are going back next week! Can’t say enough about it! We love bills on the beach and Austin is a great server. The beach is great for walking at night and the atmosphere is great. Plenty of things to do and lots to see for everyone. We love golden nugget. The black jack is wonderful and they keep the drinks coming. We are going to celebrate my twins 21st birthday on Monday. I can’t wait it’s going to be absolutely perfect. We’ve ordered a cheesecake from Vic and Anthony’s. I’m sure it will be nothing short of amazing.

Service was great. The room was very nice but for some reason there was no small refrigerator in the room. That’s really the one thing that seemed odd to me.

Overall the property was nice. It was a little dated for the price. There wasn’t a refrigerator in our room. It was pretty clean. I just expected more for the price we paid.

We had an amazing time here. It was just an overnight stop but we loved it so much, we plan on making it our next trip. Loved that there were family friendly areas as well as adult only. The heated pool and lazy river was a hit for my daughter and niece.

The employees at the hotel had great customer service. However, the elevators in the opposite town from the rush tower needs some maintenance updates. They were scary and most of them were broke down so it took a long time us to get to and from our room. Also, we ate at Saltgrass one night during our stay and our waiter had very bad customer service and we felt very rushed. This is important because where you eat in the hotel represents the hotel stay experience.

There was no in room cleaning for the three nights we stayed. Had to call to request for towels and toilet paper. Housekeeping was very rude. Finally called the front desk to ask for our room to be cleaned.

Nice hotel, but way too many dogs for a ******. We had dogs barking throughout the night near our room. If you have to allow them why not limit them to one wing on a lower floor? Even the staff we spoke to thought it was too much.

I was very disappointed with the staff and service at this site. Upon arrival the bell service was rude and did not want to assist. I had my oxygen dependent sister with me and we have to transport her oxygen concentrator. I checked in and no one advised that there were different towers. My sister went upstairs while I got all of our luggage myself and searched for our room. I specifically requested a by the elevator room. When I made it to her she was having difficulty breathing. We found out that there were multiple towers and a staff member said "oh yeah" they forget to tell people that all the time. Upon checking out I had to pay 30.00 for a lost valet ticket. Mind you I had unloaded myself multiple bags and had to rush to my sisters aid from searching for the room. There was no empathy, care or concern from the valet supervisor and she was very condescending. I will not return to this facility and will encourage anyone visiting this area to chose another resort. Very disappointed as the Nugget in Vegas is our favorite.

The area is dumpy and not at all scenic. It’s in the middle of industrial wastelands on the water. Everything was an added charge, the front desk ladies seemed rude with attitudes of rather being anywhere else. The pillows were cheap and paper thin, the clock and telephone did not work, I’ve stayed at embassy suites way better than this place.
