Don't recommend. Times for a renovation. Carpet and around the bed was dirty. Curtain shower was hanging.

Grand Palms was probably THE Place... in 1970. Now, it's pretty much a 1970's-decorated Motel 6 with *really* nice landscaping. Still, it serves the purpose and is often among the most affordable hotels in the area. A $7 parking fee is new, and the parking is not at all close to most of the rooms (bring a wagon to lug your stuff). We've stayed here several times, and always leave with a smile. It's like staying with the Golden Girls. Thank you for being a friend, Grand Palms. :D

I don’t generally write reviews, but staying at a motel 6 would have been more tolerable. The room smelled like mildew, bathroom seemed to have mold. The bed was sagging in the middle. Really not a pleasant experience. Picture pretty on the website though.

The first room I was put in had wet carpet, toothpaste on the inside of the shower curtin, smelled like mildew and the picture on the television was too big for the screen. The 2nd room they put me in had a blurry television also smelled like mildew and the mirrored closet doors were completely off the track. Should have been much better for the price I paid. I would never stay there again...
