Overall, a decent stay for what we spent. A couple of issues - both toilet paper rolls were close to empty when we arrived, causing us to have to go downstairs for a roll of toilet paper. Not a big deal, just a minor annoyance. The room came with a sofa bed and we wanted to use it. Most hotels I have stayed in had the sheets and blanket in the room. Here I had to go downstairs to request. Again, not a big deal, just minor annoyance. The sofa cushions had several stains on them and could use a good cleaning. Overall, not bad.

The first room I was put in smelled like some died in it, they then moved me to another room, smelled better , bathroom was dirty.
Morning breakfest was not good at all.

Lack of communication confusion when we check in I reserve 2 room but I was given a handicap room 103 and 3rd floor handicap
Concussion with charges I made my reservation but they charged my daughter as well

Front desk was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed it the room. It was not clean the bed had stuff in-between the sheets the stand next to bed had something sticky on it.. the bathroom counter had hair. It just wasn't cleaned the proper way. Once I told front desk about it she immediately gave me a new room.
