We checked in to the Fairfield Inn after a long day of travel. Upon arrival into the first room they assigned for my husband and myself, we found one of the TVs to be inoperable. My husband went back to the front desk, and they assigned us to a new room. Problem solved, you'd think...The next morning, we intended to take a quick shower before breakfast. No hot water. Met our son for breakfast downstairs. He had scalding hot water in his room. Can't moderate temperature with cold. Upon voicing these concerns to the front desk clerk, another hotel patron says they have been experiencing the same issues for three days! This is a known issue to the hotel!! But the only credit they want to offer is $30 a night. I don't know about you, but it isn't worth it to me. We cancelled the remainder of our stay and moved to another hotel.
