I wasn't informed they were under construction no pool no restaurant just rooms dest clerk was a accommodating guy wasn't his fault there is construction but he went above and beyond

Room service only available every 3 days (not even taking your trash, making bed). Weird location near a very busy road. Staff is professional. Hotel without comfort.

The computer system your staff must use for check in/check out of customers is dreadfully slow. Check in took at least 15 minutes because of the slowness of computer. The updated rooms at this property are nice. Update the equipment and systems your employees have to use as well

The stay was great minus the super thin walls . You can hear everyone’s conversations lol but it was super clean and everyone was super friendly !

So the person checking me in kept passing out. She stated she was tired but she may have been high. She locked herself out of the computer system so we had to wait til she was able to get the IT person to get her logged in. I had people knock 3 different times and then run away. There was toilet paper but shoved in the peep hole.

Getting to the hotel building was tricky and once inside with 7 suitcases and multiple hand luggage, we discovered they don’t have an elevator to carry all our bags up!!!

Hotel was noisy, people talking loudly in hallways at 1:30 am, no elevator so guests and staff can be heard walking up and down stairs. Restaurant was out of everything except wings, first playing loud music is bar area. Highway road noise can be heard from the room as well, not a hotel for light sleepers.

No hot water the first day- they amended to it the next morning and did not charge for thr first day in full which was great and not expected. The manager was most apologetic and friendly and hoped I would come again! Overall a great stay

I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff allowed early check-in before 3pm as I arrived 30 minutes early. Breakfast was great. The room was nice, clean and beautiful. I will definitely stay there again.
