Super 8 by Wyndham Mentor/Cleveland Area

This is by far THE BEST Hotel I’ve stayed at in Mentor/Cleveland/Akron area in three years of traveling back/forth from/to Pennsylvania!! The cleanliness and room set up is extremely welcoming. It felt like home away from home. 5-star comfort at an economically priced rate.

Very friendly staff, wonderful restaurant/bar right across the street called Happy Moose. Great food and service. Super 8 also brought free breakfast back as well! Tony Borelli

Smelled like smoke in the non smoke rooms, bed was stiff and squeaky, and did not offer a refund when I had to leave for an emergency.

I didn't like the hair that I found in the bathroom.. I like the option of in room smoking..

Friendly and accommodating. Some need of updated repairs but I saw no evidence of any pests. Some maintenance perhaps on the plumbing for the shower as it was cold water sometimes and the drain was slow. TV had connection issues. Could hear the neighbors a bit but not too obnoxious. The smoking room was wonderful so I didn’t have to go outside in the cold. I would come back in the future.

Manager was rude at times, didn’t understand i had a mentally challenged person staying with me, staff was friendly.

Receptionist was polite and a joy to talk with.Room was clean and well equipped.

Easy to get to hotel. Safe surroundings, several places to eat that are walkable. Price was a little high for what was offered. Room was older, shower was a little dirty, drain was terribly slow. Breakfast was a disappointment, pics for the breakfast area showed 2 waffle makers, when I went down to eat, there were none, only thing available was toast and cereal, coffee that was cold by 8:30. TV was good and had a lot of channels available and WiFi was good.
