The activity room and pool was my childrens favorite part. I loved the gym. The room needs an update and better cleaning. I was told on the second day that we weren’t supposed to be in that room. Overall, we had a good time.

The property is nice but needs more supervision. The pool area is a free for all and a madhouse . Little kids running all over the place unsupervised. Children are supposedly not allowed in the hot tub but it was filled with kids every night. The fire pit was filled with people every night and none of them were giving up their seats. If S’more is going to be one of your activities someone needs to make sure no one is monopolizing the entire area. The couch in the room was the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever experienced. The walls are extremely thin. You can hear absolutely everything that is going on in the rooms next to you. The check in experience was long and tiresome. To be honest the staff was the only positive thing I have to say about my whole experience.

Travel softball tourney We were traveling for a travel softball tourney in Williamsburg. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy many of the amenities, but the accommodations were excellent!

This is a nice property but dated. The rooms were clean and comfortable but could use an update. The reason I won't be back is because when I was checking in and receiving my keys I was almost schemed into a time share presentation. I did NOT appreciate that and thankfully my husband came to rescue me and had to harshly tell the customer service woman to stop and let me go.

Not a great experience Extra fees and tried to sell us a time shares, very crowded, parking was tight and too far from amenities to walk. The room were not quiet, you can hear people walking above you and talking.

Buildings were charming and welcoming. Our living room had an odd smell. Almost like the garbage disposal needed a deep clean.
