Hotel and whole park amazing for kids and the rides were great ! Hotel was clean and kids loved the entertainment. Food was pricey in the hotel but nice and service was great ! The hotel room was clean and comfy beds altho was super stuffy that’s the only complaint! We had the best two days and had a really amazing time ! Make sure you expect expensive food and drinks, take your own if you can and try to do the “big” rides first ! Also side tip the “early access” is only for half hour and not all rides but gives you chance to do some things quicker !

Waiting time for the rides are too long and the ride and reserve fee are too expensive for as it charges you per person even we book the resort we could not add more expenses to the quick access, the waiting time for the kids is so tiring and long, people can stay for the ride twice which affects the number of people going to the new ride, the staff can leave seats empty in the ride and not make effort to ask for people This park is made for kids and families yet no facilitation unless you pay a ridiculous amount of money Unfortunately we visited once and will not go back

Overpriced and not suitable for a family that, have arrived in taxi or bus as there are no shops available for own needs, apart from over priced gift shops and bars . Can't get mutch done in a day due to waiting times for rides. Rides not open experience all round not good for a family with not alot of money,

Just returned back from the resort third trip this year to the park but first time staying at the hotel. Overall me and my son had a fab time, the park was on the doorstep, the facilities of the hotel and cleanliness of the room brilliant, the beds were super comfy and nice little touches with the treasure hunt and prize, I had a very tired little boy and then end of the day. My little negative was the location of the mini golf, having walked around the park about a dozens times absolutely shattered and then booked the golf not realising it was at the entrance of legoland I should of looked at the location before booking as I wasted £12 as we never got there on time. 2nd day was free which was ideal the park has everything you can expect and more. The staff were excellent and super friendly especially the play area staff inside really nice.

Went for my sons birthday treat. All the staff were so lovely and helpful. On the 9th we visited the park and was disappointed when rides were closed as we were in the queue. Towards the end of the day we headed to the brick as my son was so desperate to get another badge to add to his collection but we were too late and it had closed, luckily the lovely Ann came to the rescue and gave my son 2badges. It made his day thank you 😊

We have just returned from a stay at the Legoland Windsor Resort Hotel. The rooms were comfortable and we had a lovely visit to the park. We stayed in a Friend's Premium Room and our children enjoyed the treasure hunt. It was a birthday celebration and we did have the VIP birthday upgrade that was lovely with a banner, cake, Lego and more as part of this. The downsides were the children's sleeping area was in eyeline of the TV and completely open to the room on one side so it was Impossible to not disturb the children after their bedtime with lights on and we didn't watch the TV at all. Overall, the accommodation was expensive for what it was. I also found Bricks Restaurant very disappointing. We had an evening meal with a very limited menu and paid nearly £80 for 3 soft drinks, 2 adult's main meals and 2 children's main meals. The adult fish portion was so small that I initially handed it to my daughter, mistakenly thinking it was a child's portion when it arrived on the table! The batter was delicious, although I was given the wrong side dish with it. At breakfast, we had to wait 10 minutes for a table to be cleared in spite of having a time booked in advance. The pool was quite basic and we expected a bit more in terms of fun features in the smaller pool- a short dual slide and a handful of sprinklers was all that was on offer. The bigger pool is very plain and dull.

Park and rides are great, our kids loved it. The food offered is overpriced and poor quality. I had a burger from one of the food outlets and the burger was half frozen and the cheese like plastic - this cost £14 and most of it went in the bin. The hotel was ok, very expensive considering it’s basically a travelodge with Legoland wallpaper. I would advise going into Windsor to eat dinner given a meal for four will cost £100+ for rubbish food.

Amazing trip. Spent 2 nights and on the second day we had the VIP plantinum and I have to say this although expensive was worth every penny. Our guides were Ella and Maddie and nothing was too much trouble. I have 2 boy one of which has ADHD and the other with ASD. They were so patient and attentive with them that the boys are already asking when we're going back to see them. The arranged food drinks and all the rides and also helped when the boys wanted the loo. Will definitely be going back and doing VIP again.
