My first night there was no more space available in the hotel's reserved area so I parked wherever I could and i received a 98$ parking ticjet. I knew that it was my fault but when i brought it up to the front desk staff, they asked me for the ticket and took care of it. Great service and accomodation, just make sure you park in the reserved area to avoid a fine. thank you guys!

Whatever you do plz do not stay at the poolside rooms. We booked a poolside suite $500 it was a not a 500 dollar suite I travel a lots and have stayed in a lots of places this hotel is old and 4 floor smells like chlorine, vents in th suite has others rooms people music playing in it. If this was their suite I could just imagine how bad the cheaper rooms would be like .

Stayed at this property for an event at the rbc convention centre. Loved how they were connected and I did not have to walk outside to get to the convention centre. I requested an early check in time as I was only there for 1 night from Ontario, and my request was granted. I got a text message saying my room was ready just as I landed. It was great and I thank the staff at delta for making that happen. Will stay here again if I return to Winnipeg. Thank you

Clean rooms, great pool. Only negative was late check out was needed to attend childrens medical appointment and front desk refused to be accommodating even though they were not fully booked for the night.
