The staff were very professional and friendly, however, I paid extra for an upgrade room , with larger bed.The bed was a basic double.The bathroom was extremely small , not acceptable really .There was no adequate mirror in the bedroom either .This spoilt our stay .

該酒店所處位置交通非常便利，如果坐火車到weybridge,火車站外有公交車可到酒店附近,如果步行，距酒店2.1公里；酒店的晚餐非常美味，早餐比較一般；酒店餐廳服務非常好，但前台服務一般；可以看出酒店是重新裝修過的，比較豪華，但房間，尤其是衞生間的設計還是有一定的缺陷，不太實用；酒店周邊的環境夏天時應該非常漂亮。總體來講，該酒店還是不錯的。

This is a wonderful hotel with a five star service!
Anshua, one of the waiters, was so polite and attentive!
All the staff at the Hotel were professional and extremely helpful.
The food in the restaurant is superb.
Cocktails were amazing.
Our room was spotless and the beds were really comfy.
The grounds were stunning.

We stay at Oatlands Park regularly as our daughter lives nearby. The hotel is always spotlessly clean and the rooms are just right. This time we were up four flights of stairs with no lift - however it was worth it as the room was the perfect temperature. I often struggle in hotel rooms as the temperature is often too hot, but this room (4914) was warm enough to be comfortable, but cool enough to sleep. Breakfast is always good too, good quality food and plenty of choice. The staff on reception, in the bar and at breakfast were all friendly, helpful and accommodating. Already booked our next stay.

Overall we had a brilliant time, the room we stayed in, very nice and airy. Very clean.
Top notch.
Worth the money.
The only downside, that is not a big choice on the menu in the restaurant.
But happily will be coming back.
