First let me say the concierge was nice young guy. Now moving on to the housekeepers, they are horrible they do not respect others peacefulness. I have been working in the hotel and I can hear the housekeeper slamming, bumping along with vacuuming and speaking loudly. One day the couple next door to us start physically fighting throwing things at 6:00 a.m. We can hear other neighbors tv and talking loudly.

It was easy to get to and check in was a breeze. The room was quiet and nice. There was not many towels for showering and there was almost no creamer for coffee. There was no regular sugar. The bed was cozy and soft but firm. It was great having the divider for the bed and couch. Would definitely stay again.

This is a very nice hotel. Rooms come with a large TV and nice sofa. The breakfast served is excellent. Mall is very close and other shops are in walking distance.

Overall, our stay was nice. When we arrived, keys door did’nt work but it was fixed immediately. Good choices for breakfast. Pool seems dirty, cause water was’nt clear and it was a bit cold.

The hotel ran out of towels. How do you have a room for 4 and given 1 towel for 4 people. Front desk says there are none. Rooms came with only shampoo. No conditioner or lotions.all the areas were dirty. The pool was full of clumps of hair. The is an absolute horrible hotel.
