I checked in looked around room had a lot of filthiness with the room. Reported to ******* via chat for 2hrs or so trying to help me and find us a decent place. Spent the night in vehicle. Tried to check in at another area was told needed an additional deposit

Arrived at reception, told there was no reservation in my name. Gave reservation number & was told somebody else checked in with that number. There was no indication from the desk clerk that I'd be given a room so I booked alternate lodging. Called ESA customer service later & was told the same thing & that the person who'd checked in under my reservation number had paid by a different credit card. So, of course, the next day there was a pending charge to my card which was then processed. Scam? Incompetence? Not sure but I am livid.

Sylvia was awesome about our accommodation needs, and Jason was on point getting the facilities ready when we moved in. The building is well lit and there is plenty of parking. Our neighbors are quiet and thoughtful too! I highly recommend the Extended Stay Columbus North!

Very affordable and amazing place to stay, the management will go above and beyond to help their guests, I had a wonderful experience and it was a pleasure knowing a great GM like RHONDA COX, who knows how to run business, thank you guys for your hard work and your great customer service, keep up the amazing work.
