The faucet in the bathroom leaked in the evening. trip company promised to give us a 50% refund, but the hotel only returned 56.5 dollars. The final result is only 56.5$

The apar**ent style and beach view was great! Garage parking was also a nice perk. Wrightville Beach seems very peaceful and everything was great until it was time to check out.
We ended up being charged twice...once when we pre-paid and even more under a new reservation. The unnecessary and more expensive charge was refunded, but the environmental and parking fees were paid both times and this couldn't be refunded (thankfully only $24) but no less annoying. Plus we still have to wait a couple days to be refunded $291 + $100 for incidentals.
Though frustrating because there was no need for the new booking, look at the beautiful sunrise.

The location is stellar. The ocean views are beautiful. The rooms are very nice and spacious EXCEPT, some rooms, including the one i stayed in did not have a bathroom door. I dont know how this is not a code violation. The half bathroom has a door. The full bathroom with the shower has no door at all. You step out the shower and in full view of the bedroom. Ever took a hot shower and step out into a cold room because there is no door, yea, trust me, its not pleasant. I know all the rooms aren't set up this way but the ones that are, smh.

This is a nice resort, with a couple of pools and a restaurant that is sometimes open. The bed in our unit was incredibly hard but otherwise it was a nice suite. Nothing terribly fancy about it but it didn't come with a fancy price so it was good for the money.

indoor pool not heated no point in having an indoor pool during winter if its not heated should have been closed instead

We only stayed one night but we had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly. Every room has a beachfront view! The rooms were spacious. Definitely will have too stay there for a longer visit.

We only had two towels in our room, despite reservation stating we would have three. Minor issue.
