這家賓館已經掛出來整體出售了，已經談不上有服務了，除了説預訂房型給升個級，其他全是垃圾！滿屋的蒼蠅，要個蒼蠅拍説一會兒送來，一直離店也沒見到：電視沒節目，老闆讓我出去溜達溜達吧，説廣場有節目；去要一次性拖鞋，説恰巧沒有了；去要飲用開水，説是沒有；早晨洗澡，洗手間下水道堵塞，洗漱間成功變成泳池了！

酒店離景區6.9公里，酒店附近飯店很多有超市有葯店，出門就可以吃早餐，房間很乾凈，我是10月2號去的，房間有熱水空調，房間不打空調也不冷，床品很乾凈，第一天中午到的去的大峽谷遊玩大概4小時因為到景區已經近2點了，所以之玩了一半，就回來了，第二天去的空中花園，這裏的人很好，第二天早晨出去，前台提醒今天做核酸並告訴地點，提前做完核酸解決了後顧之憂，總之來這裏很開心，一次愉快的旅行。😊

一個酒店，晚上不到八點辦理入住，前台沒人，等了15分鐘，最後在網上找的聯繫方式才把人喊出來。房間電視沒有台，衞生間沒有吹風機，衞生間沒有燈，床彈簧好像都快彈出來了，擱的要命。鳳凰山挺好個地方，服務就這樣？

像大些的旅店，有大蒼蠅，床能感受到彈簧突起，洗澡是洗完一人，得等50分鐘再洗下個人，是熱水器燒水，還被封在吊頂裏，看不到温度，全靠猜，可以吃早餐，但沒在這吃，對面的飯店非常好，飯菜可口，全天開餐.
