The rooms are standard hotel style, clean and well-maintained. The bathroom has a Japanese-style automatic bidet. The manager was incredibly helpful and took great care of us. My boyfriend had a headache, and she got him medicine, helped coordinate with the driver, and arranged various activities. Even better, on the night we checked out and were staying at another hotel in Snow Town, we couldn't get out of our room because of an issue with the key lock. This same manager called the new hotel to ask them to open the room for us. I think 5 stars aren't enough; I'd give all the stars there are. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart!
