一，人在房間，服務人員幾次拿總卡不敲門就進來。二，訂的有早餐的，經常沒有，三，其中好幾天説是做衞生的生病了，沒法打掃衞生，還得自己丟垃圾啥的。四，換了幾個房間都是老掉牙的空調，半夜停機，直接熱醒，五，開房時答應能多開幾十票，後面卻不行，連正常開還整很久才開出來，等等問題，其他都不想説了，這些都是實際的出現的，酒店可以做到視而不見，所謂的領導一句道歉沒有，到開票時，還還要問我要一二十的税點，你們**能要點兒臉不？
