隨便訂的一個酒店，感覺還可以，去省博好近呀，博物館就在對面，下一個地下通道就過去了，第一個房間靠近馬路有點吵，跟前台的小姐姐説了，很熱情的給我們換了房間，旁邊就是中南醫院地鐵站去歡樂谷，做高鐵也很方便~

昨天玩到好玩菜入住 到十一點左右吧 也不算很晚第一，我要求不要一頭一尾的房間，她説房源緊張，也衹剩兩間我定的房型，意思就是現在假期你愛住不住，我沒有選擇餘地。第二，他要求我要給按金100，我説我用攜程訂房間從來沒有收過按金，她的回覆是有人不還她們房卡所以要給按金。第四，我需要到兩點延遲退房 因為行程安排到東湖玩一天，她拒絕，告訴我不可能，酒店規定，要空房間給其他遊客。最晚也是一點，而且話裏話外都是就算一點也要和老闆申請。然後我説我在平台溝通，平台都會説沒問題，她還是不鬆口，然後我説我會和平台溝通好，我本來就出來帶家裡小孩開心玩的，懶得理她。後面還是不得不表示攜程平台處理真效率，雖然答覆還是説最長一點退房，另外40元會現金紅包補給我，也確實給了，這個點贊👍然後進酒店因為小孩餓了 我就先點好外賣 讓他先去洗澡，等我洗澡才發現衞生間一股異味，而且門開門邊框還是修補後爛乎乎的，洗臉池更加是清晰可見的污漬。而且房間牙刷還是衹有一副，這可是標間。然後地墊也沒有。衞生間廁紙也沒有。我真的不知道這樣的房間是怎麼做到好意思要我四五百的。綜上，這個酒店是真不值這個價，要服務沒服務，要環境沒環境，衞生真的好差。真的很無語 我衹想説，現在這個時代，這種酒店快點歇業吧！

去東湖會議中心開會，因為訂不到會場酒店定在了這裏。整體性價比較高，價格便宜。衞生一般，房屋偏舊，角落的衞生不到位。設施環境可，房間隔音不太好，而且臨街的房間晚上有些亂。不提供早餐。

房間非常小可以理解，在路邊有點吵也可以理解，但是下水道堵塞，一開水就飄出來頭髮，完全沒法洗澡，馬桶看起來很臟。還是滿房狀態，估計換也沒什麼太好改善，也沒得換。幸好分開兩天訂的房，第二天的退了換地方，結果就是一上午拖着行李逛武大

這次我和老伴出遊共10天，分別在上海市和武漢市多個酒店住宿，感覺最差的是這家武房楚藝術品酒店：我來店前三天推程網上已訂好的酒店，可昨天中午到店時第一次安排的2層房間靠近食堂煙囱，換3層後房間卻未打掃，第三次換310才作罷，但發現房間設施和衞生都不怎麼樣，尤其是坐上馬桶會搖晃，顯然馬桶底座脱膠了沒有修好，反正住一晚上算了不想再調了。

房間較小，連個凳子都沒有，人衹能坐在床上，詢問前台，其稱，你要要我就給你送一個過去，我沒讓他送。
衞生間較小，馬桶在淋浴花灑的斜下方，衹要使用上方花灑，馬桶就會渾身濕透。如果要用馬桶，還得擦凈晾乾。
住2樓（211），窗外是樓下的陽光棚，棚頂為塑料的，緊挨窗邊。夜裡下雨，雨水落在棚頂上，聲音超大，幾乎一夜未眠，以致提前結束了我在武漢的行程。

在武漢二環內東湖邊兩百多快錢一晚，能住上19平米的房間、2米寬的大床，且房間裏乾淨衞生，基本設施齊全，服務員的服務也還比較貼心，性價比已是不言而喻。衹可惜房間樓道上的地毯，像是經過了房屋裝修留下的隨處可見的白色乳膠漆，顯得十分臟而扎眼，直接拉低了該賓館的不少層次；另有房間的保險鎖因門洞與鎖栓之間沒有調弄好致使房間門的保險不能打上，影響了顧客的入住安全。如果該賓館能將上述兩點明顯的不足加以整改完善到位，相信不僅會拉高該賓館不少的檔次層次，而且會直接提升顧客對入住賓館的體驗評價特別是最終的評分值，會更好地吸引更多的回頭客。

房間乾淨衞生，生活配套設施齊全，淋浴熱水量大很舒適，空調製冷效果也很好，前台人員和清潔人員禮貌熱情，服務態度好。酒店旁邊就是一個高檔的餐廳酒樓，走出酒店不到10分鐘就是一個大的生活社區，吃飯購物一應俱全。酒店離地鐵站很近，離省博也很近。總之，這是一個性價比很高的酒店，讓我們很滿意。
