The stay was good, so was the service but I was disappointed because I didn’t get the room I booked for and got the difference in money, all I wanted was the room i had chosen but overally it was a good.

朋友推薦夜景太美，房間設施設備很齊全，服務人員專業有禮貌衞生每日都會打掃很乾凈，這家酒店在越秀商圈這裏聽説小又名氣入住後感覺實至名歸，主要旁邊商場電影院都有非常方便，給小殷老闆點個贊👍

絕對的全五星好評！因為，我是個經常出遊在外的人，在攜程也是定了無數次酒店民宿的，我最為看重的幾點～1是床上用品乾淨舒適。2是店家服務態度。3是外賣要夠多可以配送到房間。這家全都滿足了。床上用品不是全新的，但是洗的很仔細乾淨，還非常適合裸睡，床墊子舒適度滿分。空調不會對床直吹，睡覺時沒有風感騷擾，鼻子敏感也沒有覺得任何不適，説明很乾凈滿分。屋內傢俱都一塵不染沙發沒有污漬，角落各處衞生挑不出毛病滿分。廁所乾濕分離用品齊全乾濕拖鞋都備齊了，3秒出熱水滿分。商家一見面笑臉迎客和善禮貌，為了照顧長者，免費給升級了房間服務貼心善良滿分！一晚下來是非常好的體驗，睡得非常好很安靜，早上起來看着窗坐在沙發上外吃着外賣還蠻享受～還和家人打了一會兒麻將很開心的。心善的人做任何生意都不會差，憑良心做生意值得讚賞！下次還會再來～

房間面積比較大，是複式的，公寓設施齊全，地理位置優越，吃飯逛街都很方便，工作人員態度非常好，唯一遺憾的是停車費有點貴，其他都非常滿意

酒店的問題很多，如果不是特殊情況，真不建議入住：
1.門反鎖的鏈條是壞的，掛不上。晚上睡覺很沒有安全感。
2.空調的出風口壞了，無法調節。
3.窗户開關很不方便，還夾傷了孩子的手。
4.地墊毛巾非常臟
5.隔音不好，總能聽到門外走廊上的聲音。
6.預訂的房間跟實際的不一樣，虛假宣傳。
7.要求開票拖拖拉拉，一直不開。微信，電話都聯繫了，最後電話拒接。
