The hotel does not have all the amenities as described , found lots of black hair in my room (I'm blond) . Also language is a very big problem ,no one speaks any English at all

第一次住維也納酒店，體驗很好。非常喜歡酒店的裝修風格。前台的工作人員也很熱情，住店和離店的時候都會很熱情的問候。房間乾淨整潔，配套的設施也很齊全。在我們需要額外的一次性牙刷和刮鬍刀的時候，很快就給我們送過來了，送東西的服務員很有禮貌。酒店的地理位置也很好，下地鐵沒多遠就到酒店了，周邊也有商場和小吃街。

前台服務熱情，走進大廳就有問候聲，感覺很親切。詢問周邊景點的時候也介紹的很詳細、清楚。
酒店地理位置好，在3號線地鐵站旁邊，離江灘很近，很適合作為到武漢遊玩的住所。
房間設施設備齊全、乾淨整潔、舒適衞生，整體裝修風格很有特色。早餐種類非常多，味道也可以。

酒店挺乾淨，寬敞。設施齊全。到地鐵站要行走5-10分鐘。樓下有正規洗腳按摩服務。酒店大堂明亮，上樓不用刷房卡。前台服務熱情。點贊👍！

酒店自帶地下停車場免費停車，工作人員服務態度也非常好，房間整潔乾淨。給兩分差評的原因是：早餐寫的到十點，九點半去的時候什麼都沒有，豆漿粥小鹹菜這些基本的都沒有，都是空的，剩下的花捲饅頭都是涼的，後面進去吃飯的住客問阿姨加菜，她們説：沒有了，來不及加菜……這酒店早餐加跟沒加沒啥區別，真的太差

房子很乾凈，大床也很舒服，服務人員態度也很好，離火車站也不遠，打車30元，交通很方便，出來樓下有便利店，飯店，真心説一下，武漢打車便宜，比起大北京來，真是太便宜了！就是忘記拍圖片了。推薦大家放心入住。
