1、房間與去哪兒上的描述不符。預訂的房間是有窗的，但是實際到店的房間沒有窗户，衹在走廊過道邊有一個很小的窗户；而且窗簾離牆面有一段距離，過道的燈光無法遮住，所以整晚都有燈光照到床頭，嚴重影響睡覺。2、酒店的衞生真的很差，一進門就有很重的潮濕味兒，桌子、床頭、廁所、洗漱台都很臟，床單、被套、枕套都是不乾淨的。3、房間隔音很差，房間應該是走道隔出的，外面有人走路、説話的聲音都很吵。4、房間設施陳舊，廁所沒有排氣換氣，燒水壺裡面有存水，空調運行聲音很吵。5、酒店的安全性堪憂。安全鎖鏈⛓️是壞的，而且早晨7點多就有陌生人多次大聲砸門，説是敲錯門了。不知事實是否就是如此，但是這樣不僅影響正常休息，也受到嚴重驚嚇。很少給酒店差評，但是這家酒店真的讓我很不滿意
