酒店裝潢是和全季的其他店差不多的風格，沒什麼好説的，地址就在地鐵站邊上，出行比較方便，居住也相對比較舒適，推薦吧。

酒店交通不錯，取水樓地鐵站D口步行3分鐘，臨近雪松路美食街，用餐方便；整體環境ok，全台服務周到，有問必答，還額外加贈了早餐，暖心～～～

整體一般，沒有亮點，管理也比較混亂。有免費停車場，但是車位不是很好容易被堵。
前台給人的印象非常差，我進去説要入住，她沒給我任何眼神，然後接了個電話。接完電話才處理我的事情。給我的房卡寫19樓，我進了電梯按不動，問她，她説寫錯了，是17樓。
我訂的是套房，價格應該是最貴的，進入以後驚呆了，卧室是很低的坡屋頂非常壓抑，沒有任何通風，廳也小小的，一大股煙味無法散去非常難受。找前台換了零壓房，勉強可以接受。
如果你非要住這間酒店，請一定一定不要選套房，特別差。
關於零壓房我個人非常介意的一點是布藝的座位跟沙發上都有污漬，污漬你去不掉不要搞布藝好嗎。
除了沙發自己的污漬污漬，房間裏衞生過的去，沒有明顯的臟的地方。另外一個優點是床墊跟枕頭很舒服。總之四百多，性價比挺低的。
這裏説一下，我陪朋友去過武漢佳園路的全季，真的很好，服務很棒，客服人員專業到位，不然這次不會選擇全季。

第二次來武漢出差。定了離客户較近的酒店。這家全季地理位置方便，離雪松路很近，有好多好吃的。到了酒店時間較晚，前台服務人員態度不錯，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全。早餐口味好，花式多。下次還會選擇入住！

總體來説不錯的，一貫的全季酒店的服務及設施。
早餐不錯。
奇怪的是熱水有時候會短暫的用完。
另外，停車場有在推廣西北湖賞櫻花（非常近酒店，效果也很好），但前台的人員沒有提及，在比較後期才見到，希望可以在做推廣的同時，也告訴員工們提一提客户或提一提這樣的推廣活動。29/3日間到達，在31/3晚上才發現，感覺上有少少失望。
