訂的親子房 一開始給我開的標間 找前台給換了親子房 為什麼一開始不給開親子房 非得顧客去找才給換嗎？訂好了3天2晚 房卡沒給授權好 等我回回去房卡打不開門 去前台也沒表示任何抱歉的意思

房間的皮椅很舒服，很喜歡那個吧枱，插座有一個弧度桌子寬度又剛好夠放電腦，性價比很高，還能望着樓下車來車往發呆，讚了！

🚗 交通：不是特別好停車，門衞的態度也是一極差。
🧹衞生：房間門是開的，進門床單都沒鋪整齊，床上應該是上個顧客遺留下來的很多頭髮，可想床單應該是沒換的吧，桌上也是有灰塵。那就換房唄。問題又來了，房門打不開，打電話前台等好久才上來，先説是卡壞了，拿他們的總卡開門，也打不開，再告知是門壞了，好不容易進了房間，房門不能反鎖，空調，電視都沒電池，中央空調的線路有問題，所以，空調是個擺設。沒辦法，蓋被子唄，身上癢了一整晚。手臂上起了很多疙瘩，抓出血了。

進去就發現設施很老舊，電視藍屏，網線被絞斷了，洗手枱都是鐵皮的，上面都是銹跡斑斑；最主要的是住了一晚後，全身上都很癢，去了醫院説真菌感染，還買了要，過了幾天還不好，説明衞生環境不好，衞生間的噴頭還是壞的，住房體驗極差
