酒店服務好到想哭，因為來武漢旅遊，買了一些特產，風乾魚，前台看到了，建議我快遞發回家，讓我把魚剁成小塊，就方便裝箱子再發快遞，她們指引我去了最近的一個菜場，我剁完回來，她們又給我找了一個結實的紙箱子幫我打包好了，然後幫我聯繫順豐和韻達，哪家便宜發哪家，最後韻達成功發出去了，太開心了，要給她們的服務大大的點贊！！！

我入住的時候前台跟我講我預訂的房間床衹有1米2，説給我升級了房間，我還挺感謝的，今房間才發現，好差勁，房間比較寬敞，設施陳舊，我定的房本來就是1米8的，這麼忽悠人沒意思。淋雨還是個壞的，衞生間也不乾淨。

前台服務人員態度非常好，房間，環境都很不錯！性價比蠻高！而且每天我出門回來後房間裏的衞生是乾淨整潔的。續房後還送了我們一份小禮品！

根本就不能稱為酒店，比招待所還不如！一百塊的招待所都比這強！用板子拼的房，還有縫隙，根本沒有隔音可言，挨着床就是一個高台階，一家人摔了無數次，孩子臉摔傷，床尺寸嚴重不足，根本沒有1米8，樓上KTV唱歌到凌晨6點，聲音震耳欲聾，窗户外面不到20米距離在修高架橋，各種行車聲喇叭聲，修高架錘砸聲，打開房門就是操作間，直接就在門口！我是倒了八輩子黴定了你家，酒店門口沒有任何生活圈，吃飯買東西都要去很遠，此生住過最差的房，沒有之一，已經投訴！不要住，不要住，誰住誰倒黴！！
