It's a mess. There is a snack street outside the window. People are arguing and making noise below at night. Next to the viaduct, big trucks run all night and I can't sleep. The facilities are old, the lighting is bad, and the sewer smells bad.

Can live in! No more... the soundproofing is almost non-existent. It was noisy until 2:30 in the morning. It should be an isolated phenomenon. The location is facing the street and the environment is okay.
