前台明明知道樓頂的設備好吵，安排在樓頂入住，
樓頂的抽水設備，每隔幾十秒響一次，我看了評論之前都有客人投訴，那麼吵，終於忍受不了，凌晨下去找前台換房間，要補差價才可以換，為了不影響明天工作沒辦法補差價換了，出差這麼久第一次遇到這樣情況！

旁邊是KTV，晚上睡覺會有點吵，能聽到KTV過來的聲音，然後晚上可以有人會敲門

停車方便，定的雙床房，帶了兩個兒子和老婆一起去，床夠大，但是枕頭不乾淨，兒子睡了頭癢，然後讓服務員換了一個，拖鞋衹有兩雙，讓服務員給多兩雙溝通多次都無果，第二天住滿了，熱水不夠熱，前台説開久一點就好，前台説衹有我們投訴，結果我們四個人衹能洗了一次温水澡冷的半死，乾濕分離的衞生間玻璃爛了一塊，洗完澡後一地都是水，一次性拖鞋上個廁所就濕了，最主要樓下KTV很晚了還在營業根本沒法睡，這次踩了滿腳雷，帶長者小孩的一定要慎重，情願貴一點去維也納酒店也不要在這裏受罪
