The inn’s location is on the front line of the lake, and the service is very attentive and enthusiastic. The store also picks us up to the art center for free. Any questions that are not clear are answered patiently. Highly recommend this inn!

想去巾口水世界的可以訂這裏，走路3分鐘就到了，去其他的景區也很近，比如花千谷，環境也挺好，空氣挺不錯，即使國慶也沒漲很多價，算實惠，早餐也還不錯，配套的還有酒樓、超市，都挺方便，總體來講，物美價廉

帶着我的爸爸媽媽和孩子一起來玩，網上選的這一家酒店，圖片上看着還不錯的酒店，結果入住這一大堆的問題真的讓我好好見識了一下
首先就是價格 ，**上是316元大床房，攜程上卻是258元，相差60塊錢的差價，酒店給的解釋是平台的補貼跟酒店不搭架。
其次是環境衞生，表面上看起來還算可以的房間，住進去卻滿是蟑螂，我們帶着2個多月大的孩子病毒隨時感染，而酒店給出的解釋是，打掃衞生的時候沒有看到蟑螂，看到了肯定會打，還義正言辭説什麼蟑螂不是因為衞生條件不好出現，是管道爬出來的，衹要躲起來不看到就沒關係之類的言辭。
再有就是配套設施，衞生間洗澡的地漏堵的一塌糊塗，洗個澡衞生間漲水，晚上打前台電話沒人接，下面也沒人值班，搞得一個晚上衞生間全是水，上個廁所都有被滑倒的風險，當時想着規避安全風險找酒店方換個房間或者修好地漏，結果人家不上班。第二天早上還理所當然説什麼晚上9點下班，沒有夜生活，我們入住都是長者小孩，出現問題找不到人，要是出了大問題酒店能承擔相應責任嗎。
外面旅遊出行這麼多年，第一次看到這種衞生條件極差，不接受客户提出的問題服務態度極差的酒店，這麼多問題反饋酒店方面沒有一句道歉悔過，全部都是找理由推脱責任。我們實在找的是一家酒店而不是小旅館，簡直一言難盡，還有這酒店配套所謂早餐就是清水掛麪這顯得就是小問題我也不想多説，酒店裡入住的人煙稀少，看來也是有原因的。

雖然訂錯了位置，離遊玩的西海景區有點遠，但是客棧周邊的環境真不錯，客棧的房型也挺好，就是不知道是不是因為靠近西海，房間有一點味道#
