交通方便，可以停車，酒店餐館比外面便宜，味道還行。到景點的公交車站很近，可以坐車去。老闆服務好，態度不錯。衹是設施有點舊，熱水要六點以後才有。

房間整潔，位置沒得説
服務幾乎沒有，就登記了下，之後沒有任何溝通，退房也沒人，找不到人
熱水很快也很熱，暖氣第一天有，第二天沒有了，不知道為什麼
住的二樓，頂樓的水房很吵很響，而且是24小時無間斷響，很難入睡，精神都不好了
不會再來住了

位於五台山客運中心附近，對乘坐長途巴士上山的人士來説，進出非常便利。賓館出口不遠就有景區免費擺渡公交車站，方便去相關景點。二層樓房，房間夠大，衞生還好，老闆熱情。

剛剛從五台山回來，在這裏一連住了5晚。其實，想説的話很多。我記得，剛剛入住這家酒店的時候，印象最深的是老闆的和善、和氣、非常替客人着想。能感覺到老闆夫婦都是非常善良的人。老闆特意安排了兩個房間連在一起，我們朋友挨着，非常方便。酒店設施非常夠用，床品非常乾淨，洗手間的水，水力很大，熱水也很快。該有的洗漱用品，一應俱全。每天早晨的早飯，非常不錯。而且最重要的是，酒店距離中心區，走路十分鐘，基本也就到五爺廟了。從酒店出來一兩分鐘就是核心吃飯的地方，各種餐廳一應俱全。所以説，這一次來五台山，住在這裏心情真的非常好，印象也非常好。特意留了老闆聯繫方式，因為每年都會去五台山。所以明年見，後年見，以後年年都會相見。

這家酒店真的很乾凈。每一個細節都很周到。菜餚豐富，味道獨特。良好的服務態度和優雅的環境。這是一家讓別人感到輕鬆的酒店。來過很多次五台山，這是住的最好的一次，停車位不緊張，客房面積也比較大，服務人員態度比較好。而且距離寺廟羣非常近。步行10分鐘左右就可以到達寺廟羣。
