We received a complimentary upgrade, as we had not yet received our purchased tickets to Nianhua Wan due to not having the China identity (as informed by trip agent & hotel). The breakfast provided was satisfying, offering a good start to our day. Despite the hotel's older appearance, it is well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate us.

Roucase Boutique hotel offers a great value for money! You get a 5-star environment, amazing swimming pool, caring and hospitable staff and a spacious comfortable room for the price that is twice lower than other 5-star hotel options in China. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for two days. Very good coffee and fresh juices at breakfast were a great plus! We were very grateful to the hotel staff for helping us with all our requests and will be happy to come again!

We chose to stay at Pullman Wuxi Xinhu Hotel for a business trip... Mike arranged everything from the communication before the trip to inform us of our room preferences. When we left the hotel, the charger was left in the room and it was discovered by the housekeeping department who gave it to Mike and contacted us. He was very proactive and enthusiastic throughout the whole process. He was very thoughtful and gave us a big thumbs up... I will choose this hotel next time... I brought Xiaobao with me and the room was upgraded. The lobby is spacious and bright, the service is warm and generous, and the room is neat and clean. The hotel has a swimming pool, gym and yoga room, as well as breakfast and lunch. The only thing missing is a children's amu*****t park. I hope there will be a place for children to play next time I come there. That would be perfect.

The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable! But the bath water seems to be constant temperature, a little hot! There is a restaurant street around, a good place for late night snacks. Equipped with charging piles, no worries about tram travel!

My third stay in this hotel. Overall it's a good choice though hotel is not new and rooms could be renovated actually. Beautiful location with park on hotel's territory and scenic view on a lake. Breakfasts always tasty and various. Staff service very good.
