This hotel is truly fantastic! Angela, who checked us in, was incredibly warm and attentive. She upgraded our room and even arranged breakfast for our early morning checkout. She was always happy to answer any questions we had, and we're very grateful. The room was clean and hygienic, with a smart layout, and the bed was so comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay these past few days. Breakfast was excellent too. The location is incredibly convenient – just cross the street from the hotel entrance and you're at the subway station, making it super easy to get to Huishan Old Town and Jiangnan University. The rooftop gym is beautiful and spotless, and has enough equipment for a good workout. I highly recommend this hotel!

Because we had children, we were given a free upgrade to suites for both rooms. The hotel was exceptional in every way, including free breakfast and a hot spring bath. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially the front desk lady, Ms. Shen, who even gave us a small gift before leaving. There's a river trekking area not far from the hotel entrance, so afterward, we could return to the hotel and continue our trip with the kids to the hot springs, swim, and more. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was delicious and reasonably priced. A perfect choice for summer water activities with kids.

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from all the major attractions. The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, perfect for families traveling with children. It's also very car-friendly with free parking available. The MIXC shopping mall next door is a big convenience. Breakfast was decent, nothing special but enough to fill you up. The room had a bathtub and strong water pressure. The staff were warm and attentive, making for a great overall experience. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Environment and facilities: The hotel is elegantly designed, the lobby is full of art, the rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the supplies are complete. I especially like the floor-to-ceiling windows, which allow you to take in the beautiful city. The air conditioner is silent, and you can sleep well without being disturbed. Service quality: The front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional. They quickly checked in and upgraded the room type. The room response speed is very fast, and an extra set of towels is delivered within 5 minutes. The snacks for the night bed service every day are even more surprising!

The overall room environment was very comfortable, and the room's hygiene was excellent! The floors, tabletops, and bathroom were spotless. The window let in a lot of natural light, making the entire room bright and airy with an expansive view, which really boosted my mood. Front desk check-in was efficient, and they even provided a complimentary room upgrade to a higher floor with a more beautiful view. Overall, the hotel service was great, and I had a very pleasant stay!

Wuxi Nianhua Bay Lianhua Bay Inn Review I stayed at Wuxi Nianhua Bay Lianhua Bay Inn during the cherry blossom season, and my overall experience was great. The inn generously upgraded our room for free, which came with a large balcony overlooking the main street of the scenic area – the view was absolutely fantastic. Upon entering the park, electric carts are available to transport guests and their luggage directly to the inn's doorstep, making the entire process effortless. The inn manager was very kind and even helped us carry our luggage up to the second floor. The room decor was minimalist, and while the facilities weren't brand new, the value for money was perfectly acceptable for the price. The inn boasts an excellent location right on the scenic area's main street. It's a two-minute walk to Nianhua Tower and another two minutes to the performance pool, making it incredibly convenient for catching shows. In fact, it was even more convenient than the Duo Luomi Hotel within the scenic area. However, I did encounter a minor issue: the staff's knowledge about the scenic area's attractions wasn't very detailed. When we asked about the best spots for viewing cherry blossoms, the manager could only give us a general area, not precise directions. On a rainy day, when we inquired about the drone show schedule, they only mentioned a risk of cancellation and advised us to scan a QR code for details. The next day, we asked a different manager about the cherry blossoms in Luming Valley, and they frankly admitted they had never been there and couldn't answer, only suggesting we take the small train. I had assumed the inn could help reserve tickets for the small train, but we were told tickets had to be purchased at the station after 9 AM. We spent two hours enjoying the cherry blossoms first, only to arrive at the station at 9 AM and find ticketing hadn't started yet. The ticket booth didn't open until 10 AM, and tickets weren't actually distributed until 10:30 AM. Thankfully, we eventually got on the small train to Luming Valley, and the experience was surprisingly delightful. It was filled with birdsong and floral fragrance, with very few tourists, allowing us to almost have the entire cherry blossom forest to ourselves. Enjoying the scenery with wind chimes and birdsong created a unique and tranquil atmosphere that you wouldn't find at more popular spots. Overall, the manager's service attitude was good, but their professional knowledge regarding the scenic area's attractions was lacking, which felt a bit confusing. Moreover, most staff members in the scenic area provided imprecise directions. I hope they can improve this through further training. Putting that aside, both the inn and the scenic area are well worth experiencing. The cherry blossoms are breathtaking, and the atmosphere is serene and peaceful. Although I missed the drone show that day, the other live performances were spectacular. The accommodation package included admission to the scenic area, offering excellent value for money. My overall stay was very satisfying.

A well-run inn, with a large area and super nice public spaces, very delicate and beautiful! The rooms are a little old because they were renovated a little longer, but overall the price/performance ratio is very high. The dogs and cats in the store are so cute that the children can't put them down. I really like the services of this store. It's worth staying for a few days to relax and live a slow life.

This time the boss upgraded me to the second phase, and I and my friend's family enjoyed a villa and private bath. The boss is really nice. The environment is beautiful and clean. The room is also clean. The bath water is large and the temperature is comfortable. The air conditioning in the room is powerful. In addition to the private bath, there is a bathtub on the first floor for bathing. Overall, it is very comfortable and cozy. The private bath came on time at 7 o'clock to waterproof. I soaked in the drizzle for almost an hour. Dinner is also worth recommending. It was very delicious and I had two meals. The sauerkraut and pork intestines and lotus root dumplings were surprising. They were at the level of a big chef and a big hotel. It is not easy for the kitchen of a homestay to have this level. There is no pre-prepared food to fool people. The ingredients are real. 👍 Finally, there is the festive atmosphere. Many guests brought their dogs, and we set off fireworks together at night. It was a very unforgettable trip~
