這家維也納是我住過最差的一家了。第一剛進酒店前台人員就一直在打電話，明明看到我站在那裡還一直在講電話，我是一直等她打完電話才給辦理的入住；第二，進到房間後，沒有礦泉水和一次性拖鞋，我就打前台電話，後來有個阿姨送過來，還問我是不是續住房，我説不是，重點是這個房是不是續住你們自己不清楚嗎，還要問客人！第三，房間床頭櫃上還有灰，靠近牀頭櫃的床單上還有臟臟的毛絮，我跟送拖鞋的阿姨反應後也沒説給重新做一下衞生；第四洗澡水不熱，雖然十一期間天氣有點熱，但也不至於洗冷水澡吧！

酒店位置很好找，就在萬達廣場對面，停車也還好，酒店後面是建材市場，可以隨便停，前台小美女給房間免費升級成豪華大床房，衞生乾淨，有WiFi，有空調，非常滿意！
