床單有一個床都破洞了還給用，被罩還有污漬，給前台打電話第一次接了但是跟別人説話也不搭理我，後來打電話直接電話放一邊不接了。向客服反饋了給老闆打了電話才又等了很久才來，兩個女生的房間讓一個大爺過來換被罩床單晚上十一點多了都，問有沒有女保潔也説沒有。還説要不我們自己換，後來才説換房間。後邊房間還行。
